Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee operations of commercial properties and portfolios. You will lead a team, work with clients and investors, and ensure financial performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include budgets, CAM reconciliations, and coordinating with vendors and construction teams. The role requires strong leadership and a strategic mindset to optimize asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience required.
• Significant supervisory responsibility.
• Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations.
• Experience with real estate software (Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for the portfolio or assignment.
• Work directly with clients, partners, and investors.
• Supervise admin and maintenance staff and vendors.
• Prepare budgets and manage financial performance.
• Lead the management team in day-to-day property management issues.
• Review leases and input changes into the Yardi system.
• Oversee tenant improvements and coordinate with construction on capital improvements.
