Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Previous experience using real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all property management-related activities including building operations.
• Prepare and adhere to operating and capital budgets.
• Review and approve invoices/AP batches.
• Conduct routine property inspections and follow-ups.
