Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years in commercial banking, with 5+ years in portfolio management or underwriting.
• Knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Portfolio Managers.
• Review annual servicing, covenant testing and underwriting requests.
• Prepare credit memos with background, financial analysis and risk assessment.
