Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of Commercial banking and/or Credit Underwriting experience.
• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned relationships with strong risk controls.
• Conduct in person client meetings and analyze financial statements.
• Collaborate with Credit to underwrite loans and obtain approvals.
• Prepare opportunity memos and deal models for new deals.
• Coordinate with the Collateral Monitoring Group on collateral positions.
• Lead periodic portfolio reviews and report performance against expectations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through detailed portfolio analysis.
• Prospect clients, set appointments, and maintain client relationships.
