Modigent, a national leader delivering infrastructure, technology, and energy solutions across HVAC, plumbing and controls, seeks a Foreman I - Piping to lead a crew of pipefitters on commercial projects. You will coordinate installation, safety, and quality, working with superintendents and project managers to meet schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial/industrial piping installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Journeyman-level knowledge or ability to obtain license/certification.
• Welding/brazing certification a plus; OSHA training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of pipefitters on daily tasks per blueprints and codes.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee on-site functions and progress tracking.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project procedures and standards.
• Mentor crew members on piping techniques and safety practices.
• Prepare weekly safety and production reports for project teams.
