Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Producer) for its Corporate Commercial Property & Casualty division, based in a Marsh US office. This hybrid role requires three days in-office or with clients, focusing on new business development and client acquisition for P&C accounts.

You will maintain a mid-sized book, develop managed-account strategies, and build relationships while delivering cross-functional proposals and solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management within Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Licensure in Property & Casualty or ability to obtain.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize market data into strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a mid-sized book of business across Property & Casualty accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for managed accounts.
