Responsibilities

• Provide expert broking for all lines of property and casualty coverage.
• Advise on placement strategy for new and renewal programs with clients.
• Execute coverage placement within required timeframes.
• Review programs to optimize structure, pricing, terms and conditions.
• Develop innovative solutions for the Commercial Lines Practice.
• Build relationships with trading partners and risk facilities.
• Mentor Broking Associates and work collaboratively with the team.
• Support client retention and new business through benchmarking and loss analysis.
