Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a dedicated service professional to act as the primary contact for a portfolio of select commercial clients. You will collaborate with carriers, analyze exposures, and deliver strategic risk management guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy in policy administration, and proficiency with EPIC and MS Office. A state property & casualty license and 3+ years of P&C experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property and Casualty insurance
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide consultative guidance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients
• Adjust exposures with carriers and make risk-based recommendations
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in EPIC and related systems
• Prepare carrier submissions and obtain binding documentation
