World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients, driving client satisfaction and strategic planning.

The role requires evaluating exposures, negotiating quotes, and leveraging industry knowledge to recommend solutions. Candidates should have 3+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty and hold a Property & Casualty license, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, reviews, negotiates and finalizes quotes.
• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Creates carrier submissions and submits for approvals.
• Renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance processing.
• Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
