World Insurance Associates, a global network of brokers, seeks a dedicated service professional to manage a book of select commercial clients. You will ensure client satisfaction, coordinate with carriers, and support strategic planning under supervision.

Responsibilities include exposure analysis, quotes, submissions, renewals, endorsements, and documentation in EPIC. A state Property & Casualty license and strong MS Office skills are required; 3+ years in P&C preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Property and Casualty insurance preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EPIC or similar agency management system.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary service contact for commercial clients; ensure satisfaction and strategic planning.
• Adjust exposures with incumbent carriers; obtain quotes and finalize quotes.
• Gather client information, analyze risk, and provide informed recommendations.
• Create and submit complete carrier submissions; obtain signed binders and notify carriers.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
