The role requires 0-2 years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience, a Property & Casualty license, and solid MS Office skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business with timely, accurate tasks.
• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; produce standard client communications.
• Endorse policies in EPIC; create activities and assign team members.
• Order loss runs as needed and ensure timely service delivery.
