Apex Multifamily Builders is seeking a seasoned Sales Account Executive to spearhead business development across commercial and multifamily markets. You will focus on Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Gyms/Fitness, Medical, and multifamily renovations, with an established book of business and a proven ability to close and exceed quotas.

This is not a training position; you will hit aggressive revenue targets from day one and work closely with project teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, real estate, or related field with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Established network in commercial and/or multifamily sectors ready to activate immediately.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.
• Team-oriented and collaborative, able to integrate into a tight-knit crew.

Responsibilities

• Leverage an active book of business to secure contracts across retail storefronts, hotels, restaurants, gyms, medical offices, and multifamily communities.
• Identify and pursue high-value leads from day one with no ramp-up runway.
• Build and nurture relationships with property managers, multifamily owners/operators, developers, business owners, and decision-makers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery that keeps clients returning.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to a $400K+ new business target per representative.
