Job summary

Apex Multifamily Builders is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. You will leverage your existing relationships and actively develop new business opportunities to secure commercial build-outs, multifamily renovations, and ground-up construction projects.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with estimating and project management to ensure smooth handoffs from sales through delivery, while expanding Apex's market presence

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years direct business development or sales in construction with a proven record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Active relationships in Dallas/Fort Worth commercial and multifamily construction sectors.
• Deep understanding of general contracting services including multifamily renovations, commercial TI, ground-up construction, and industrial coatings/painting.
• Established network of property management firms, developers, REITs and institutional owners in DFW.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing book of business to generate revenue opportunities in the DFW market.
• Identify, pursue and close new GC opportunities including multifamily renovations, ground-up construction, and industrial coatings/painting.
• Develop strategic sales plans targeting PMs, REITs, developers, and asset managers across Dallas and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with regular reporting on pipeline status and forecasted revenue.
• Prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
