Job summary

Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive budgets, schedules, procurement, and team coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM roles within mechanical contracting or GC environments, strong leadership and financial acumen, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction or MEP contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and milestones.
• Coordinate with PM, field ops, VDC, engineering, procurement, and other teams.
• Own project performance, ensure contractual milestones are met and change orders managed.
