Job summary

CEN in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Senior Loan Assistant to support loan officers by gathering information, preparing loan documentation for credit analysis, underwriting, closings, and maintenance of commercial loan files.

You will coordinate closings, prepare and review documents, input data into spreadsheets and bank systems, produce nCino memos, and ensure file accuracy while complying with BSA/AML training.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge in accounting, marketing, business administration, finance.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree with 4 years related experience and/or training, plus 7–11 months related management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with obtaining information and documentation for credit analysis.
• Coordinate with Loan Operations for accurate loan documentation.
• Assist in data entry into spreadsheets, analytical software, and bank systems.
• Prepare lien perfection documents, loan exhibits, and proofread loan documents.
