Job summary

You will support maintenance of the commercial loan portfolio and customer files, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating with loan processing staff, reviewing documents, and assisting with HMDA data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three or more years of commercial or small business loan experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial relationship managers with information gathering and loan documentation for credit analysis and underwriting.
• Review corporate documents and required insurance to support loan requests.
• Ensure HMDA data is compiled and HMDA reporting is accurate as applicable.
• Coordinate with loan processing staff to prepare loan documentation per approval.
• Process funding for new loan proceeds and fees via online entries or wires.
• Support branch staff with loan-related questions and payment postings.
