Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting or related training.
• Equivalent of two years of college plus four years related experience.
• Prior experience with retail accounts or loan documentation preferred.
• Good proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deposit account processing and servicing tasks.
• Review account and loan documents for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute reports; resolve document exceptions.
• Order loan documents and review for accuracy.
• Manage DocuSign packages and communications with clients.
• Maintain loan documents in nCino and DocMan; support CIP tasks.
