Key duties include managing Ncino memos, preparing loan packages for booking, closing or funding loans, and assisting with collateral issues while maintaining compliance and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to understand and follow policy manuals and procedures.
• Experience handling loan documentation and data entry with accuracy.
• Experience using Ncino or similar loan processing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Ncino Credit Memo for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit Ncino Credit Memo to loan operations and assist in pre-funding.
• Close or fund loans and prepare packages for shipping and booking.
• Process loan drawings, payments, and transfers timely.
• Assist with collateral/credit exception clearance and inquiries.
