Responsibilities

Assist Loan Officers with gathering information and documentation for credit analysis and underwriting.
Coordinate loan closings with processing teams and clients, ensuring signatures and accuracy.
Enter data into spreadsheets and loan systems; prepare loan exhibits and documents.
Maintain credit files and support draw requests and file maintenance.
Answer inquiries about loan processing and servicing; review document exceptions for timely resolution.
