Job summary

Southside Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Senior Commercial Loan Processor to ensure real estate and non-real estate secured loans close in line with approvals and policy.

You will collect entity docs, conduct due diligence, coordinate with partners, and drive closings to deliver an exceptional client experience. The role requires coordinating with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and lenders, and ensuring documentation aligns with credit approvals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 4+ years related experience.
• Prior commercial loan closing experience including due diligence for collateral and various loan types.
• Knowledge of banking policies and regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex commercial loan closings from term sheet to funding with internal and external partners.
• Review loan docs against credit approval and ensure compliance with laws and bank policy.
• Gather due diligence documents such as entity docs, lien searches, appraisals, and insurance.
