Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union in North Augusta, SC is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor responsible for the commercial and commercial real estate loan lifecycle, from application through closing and post-closing review.

You will review credit approvals, prepare loan documents, coordinate closings with lenders and third parties, and maintain complete loan files while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial loan processing experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with loan software, Symitar and nCino experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proven time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Review approved credit memoranda to understand each loan’s structure, terms, conditions, collateral, and required documentation.
• Coordinate closes with lenders, members, attorneys, title companies, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare internally generated loan documents or coordinate with outside counsel for new loans, renewals, modifications, extensions, and other servicing requests.
• Maintain and organize complete commercial loan files and ensure accurate recording in core and document-management systems.
