Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of credit or customer service experience in financial services.
• Commercial loan experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of federal and state banking regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to Commercial Relationship Managers (CRM) and other partners.
• Support loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking information for risk assessment and underwriting (UCC searches, appraisals, environmental assessments, Know Your Customer, survey, leases, organizational documents, insurance, beneficial ownership, OFAC).
• Assist with preparation of written communications including commitment letters and term sheets.
• Complete the Credit Lens Loan Worksheet and coordinate with the Commercial Loan Closer.
• Monitor reporting and identify actions required (maturities, auto-renew LOA, insurance, real estate taxes).
• Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Collect customer financial statements and load to Credit Lens.
• Collaborate on loan closings and obtain executed documents.
• Submit customer maintenance requests to Loan Operations.
• Facilitate disbursement requests with Construction Administration.
• Complete post-close tasks in Credit Lens and manage WIP files.
• Resolve exceptions and participate in required training.
