Qualifications

• 2+ years of credit or customer service experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to Commercial Relationship Managers (CRM) and other partners.
• Collect, order, and track information required for risk assessment and underwriting.
• Collaborate with CRM, Loan Closers, and Underwriters on loan closings and post-close tasks.
