Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Commercial Banking liaison to manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with Commercial customers. You will coordinate underwriting, documentation, and closing of complex C&I loans, construction loans, deposits, and related services.

You will prepare data inputs, maintain compliance files, and work with attorneys to finalize accurate documents protecting the bank’s interests. Expect collaboration with various departments to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Commercial & Industrial loans and deposits.
• Ability to coordinate underwriting, documentation, and closing of loans.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Commercial customers through onboarding and ongoing relationships.
• Review information for underwriting and closing of complex loans and deposit services.
• Prepare data input sheets and maintain files for audits and third-party reviews.
• Ensure closing conditions are met and loans close within timelines.
