Axos Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in the San Diego area.

The role provides advanced operational support for complex commercial and FX loan portfolios, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service across the loan lifecycle. The position acts as a subject matter expert and escalation point, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve processes, mitigate risk, and support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial loan servicing or related operations.
• Experience with foreign currency servicing or FX transactions preferred.
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer and service complex commercial loan portfolios with high accuracy.
• Lead foreign currency loan servicing including rate resets, funding, settlements, and cross-border instructions.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers and internal fund movements per policy.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex servicing issues and mentor juniors.
