• Knowledge of commercial credit, regulatory requirements, and loan documentation policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit and loan documentation policies, closing due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve escalated or complex issues and ensure staff adherence to policy.
• Coach staff and conduct regular team meetings for development.
• Manage day-to-day production and scheduling of the team.
• Engage business partners on performance and transactional concerns.
