We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Business & Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing boutique practice. The role offers autonomy to independently manage sophisticated disputes, with direct client exposure and opportunities to contribute to strategy, case development and business development.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of litigation experience, a strong commercial/ employment background, and active California Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of litigation experience in business, commercial or employment matters.
• Ability to independently manage files from inception to resolution.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle motion practice, discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations and other proceedings.
