Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial/business litigation with significant responsibility for complex matters.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Experience handling contract disputes and related commercial matters.
• Significant deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience; trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Handle complex contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, and related commercial litigation.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions and motions for injunctive relief.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Work directly with business owners, executives, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across the firm's litigation and transactional practice groups.
• Contribute to client relationships and the continued growth of the litigation practice.
