Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a renowned international firm with Chambers and Legal 500 rankings, seeks a Senior Commercial Financial Services Litigation Attorney for its Los Angeles area office on a fully remote basis. You will work on sophisticated nationwide disputes for major financial institutions and real estate matters, with immediate responsibility and direct access to senior partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of complex commercial litigation experience, ideally including lead or co-lead responsibility.
• Significant experience representing financial institutions, loan servicers or lenders in high value disputes.
• Experience with leadership, mentoring and managing teams on substantive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across the United States.
• Represent financial institutions, servicers and lenders in workouts, foreclosures, note sales, receiverships and secured creditor remedies.
• Handle litigation and loan servicing disputes involving commercial mortgage backed securities and related structures.
• Manage contested bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, mezzanine loan enforcement, replevin actions and lender liability defenses.
• Appear in arbitrations, including AAA, and oversee teams on commercial lease, title insurance and business disputes.
