Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles seeks a 4th–5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join a high-stakes disputes team. You will manage discovery, draft memoranda and motions, take depositions, and support trial preparation on complex matters involving brand, business and reputational risk.

The AM Law 140 platform offers strong financial backing, senior mentorship, and exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters, with resources shared across teams to support long-term development.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong background in commercial litigation.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and case-management skills.
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong academic background.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side experience both of interest.

Responsibilities

• Managing written and document discovery.
• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Handling dispositive and non-dispositive motion practice.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Assisting with witness preparation.
• Supporting trial preparation, case strategy, and broader dispute management.
• Working closely with partners and clients on significant commercial matters.
