Elite Trial Boutique in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to lead high-stakes commercial and white-collar defense matters from inception through trial. The role emphasizes independent case management, appellate work, and government investigations defense.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of progressive litigation experience, is a California-licensed attorney, and demonstrates a proven track record in trial, deposition, and motion practice.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive litigation experience with demonstrated autonomy running cases.
• Bar Admission: Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Track record: demonstrated hands-on trial, deposition, motion, and courtroom experience with a strong history of career stability (2+ year tenures preferred).

Responsibilities

• Case Leadership: Serve as primary counsel running high-stakes litigation dockets, managing case strategy, client communications, and junior team members.
• Practice Breakdown: Lead matters centered in Commercial Litigation & False Claims Act (60%) and White-Collar Defense & Government Investigations (40%).
• Stand-Up Advocacy: Regularly conduct and defend depositions, argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Strategic Drafting: Draft complex dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and strategic responses to government investigations.
