The role offers autonomy to independently manage sophisticated disputes, with direct client exposure and opportunities to contribute to strategy, case development and business development.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of litigation experience, a strong commercial/ employment background, and active California Bar admission.

I'm currently working with a growing boutique litigation practice in Los Angeles seeking an experienced litigator to join its team.

The firm handles business, commercial and employment litigation, with attorneys given the opportunity to independently manage matters and work directly with clients.

The Role:

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle motion practice, discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations and other proceedings.
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Contribute to business development and client generation.

About You:

• 7–10 years' litigation experience.
• Strong business or commercial litigation background.
• Ability to independently manage files.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Employment litigation experience is a plus.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Package:

• Up to $250,000 base salary DOE
• Approximately 1,400 billable hours annually
• Approximately 400 contingency-based hours contributing to overall production
• Attractive business-development and contingency compensation opportunities
