Talent Elite Group seeks a Senior Business Litigation Attorney in California to lead sophisticated commercial matters with direct client exposure and ownership. You will drive strategy, manage complex cases, and work within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, exceptional writing and advocacy skills, and a track record of mentoring junior attorneys. Hybrid work is available after 90 days, with a strong emphasis on balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• 5–10 years of sophisticated business/commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases while collaborating with a team.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions and prepare sophisticated legal briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations.
• Work directly with clients and develop strong, long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with partners, attorneys and support staff.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates and law clerks.
• Participate in business development and growth initiatives as appropriate.
