Job summary

Relation Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to guide the Small Business Unit, mentor Account Managers and Client Service staff, and handle escalated client issues with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires a Property and Casualty license, strong leadership, and experience with EPIC and AMS360; travel to client sites and a four-year degree are preferred. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required in domicile state.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year degree recommended.
• Minimum 8 years of account management experience in personal lines.
• Experience with AMS360 and EPIC preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department and mentor team champions and staff.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Collaborate with Team Advocates; provide feedback and information.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and coaching.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new staff.
