Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial account management or business development, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School degree required, college preferred
• 5+ years in commercial account management or business development
• Organizational and strategic planning skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, support, product)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making
• Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication and maintain strong relationships.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
• Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations to align client strategies
• Oversee renewal coordination, endorsements, and policy changes for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance and service standards
• Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
