The Hilb Group, LLC in Roseland, NJ is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Manager to join our team in-office. You will manage day-to-day client communications, lead renewal coordination, and collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to align client strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial account management or business development, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Compensation:

• $110,000-$135,000/yr.
