Gallagher is seeking a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to support middle-market clients. You will work with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service, helping to build strong relationships and ensure value in every interaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service mgmt, or high school diploma with 8+ years.
• Active Property & Casualty Producer’s License.
• Proficiency with EPIC and MS Office software.
• Strong technical insurance experience with middle-market solutions and maintaining client/carrier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewals with client information, analyze needs, deliver timely tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and cross-sell lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners via timely, quality service.
• Guide team through risk management conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor teammates with delegated tasks and constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines for client expectations.
