AE works with Brokers to strategically manage client accounts, handling day-to-day interactions, renewals, and marketing strategies for growth. In this role, you’ll partner with Brokers, carrier reps, and internal teams to deliver high-touch service, drive renewal outcomes, and maintain relationships with large, sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Broker’s License required upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance is ideal.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint; use of analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement renewal strategy and service model for client renewals.
• Coordinate renewal workflow with Brokers, GCC, and service teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing improvement opportunities.
• Support client visits and renewal discussions to strengthen relationships.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge to uphold service standards.
• Apply Service Model to ensure consistent execution across teams.
