Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive with generalist coverage experience. You will manage a book of business, act as strategic advisor, and coordinate cross-selling strategies with the Account Management Team to ensure seamless renewals and client satisfaction.

You will present to clients, negotiate with carriers, and guide applications, specifications and marketing for new business and renewals. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty broker license is required upon hire and CPCU or similar designation is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and market practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary client relationship and develop a service plan focused on growth and retention.
• Coordinate renewal strategies, advise on coverage alternatives, and negotiate with carriers.
• Review contracts and insurance documents to collect requirements for compliance.
• Prepare renewal submissions, analyze losses and exposure changes, present to clients.
• Develop carrier/underwriter communications to obtain comprehensive quotes on time.
• Travel 2–3 times per year for client meetings or office visits.
