Job summary

NFP is seeking an Account Executive/Sr. AE to work with brokers to manage client accounts and renewals. The role involves day-to-day client interactions, relationship building with clients and carrier reps, and preparing materials for new business and renewals, under supervisor guidance.

This is a full-time remote position with a hybrid option from Plainview, NY, with potential travel for client meetings or office visits. Base salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure required for position.
• 7+ years of industry experience in commercial insurance.
• Experience working with brokers and clients in renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute renewal strategy and manage renewal timelines.
• Coordinate renewal planning with brokers, service teams, and clients.
• Prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals.
• Support development of go-to-market strategies and pricing improvements.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in Epic and other systems.
• Assist in client visits to reinforce service priorities and renewals.
