Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Executive/Sr. AE to work with Brokers, manage client accounts, build relationships with clients and carrier reps, and prepare applications and analyses under supervision. Title and salary will be commensurate with experience.

This full-time remote role with a hybrid option from Plainview, NY, offers a strategic, high-touch advisory environment for complex risk and renewals; travel may be required occasionally to client meetings or offices.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Broker's License required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; HS diploma required.
• 7+ years of industry experience with commercial insurance ideal; retail brokerage preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills; ability to use data/graphs to support recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Renewal strategy planning and renewal deliverables oversight.
• Coordinate renewal workflow with Brokers and internal teams.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing improvements.
• Support stewardship and client relationship management.
• Attend client visits to strengthen relationships and gather needs.
• Mentor colleagues on renewal and service standards.
