Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive to serve as a relationship manager and strategic advisor for an assigned book of business. Work with Account Management to grow and renew clients, cross-sell coverages, and deliver resources for renewals.

The role requires presenting to clients, negotiating coverage with carriers, and guiding the team to provide optimal underwriting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty broker’s license required; CPCU or similar designation preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary client relationships and develop a service plan focusing on growth and retention.
• Review ownership/management contracts and leases to gather insurance requirements.
• Coordinate renewal strategy, marketing submissions, and coverage options with carriers.
