Job summary

Alera Group in Buford, GA is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy in a remote role aligned to Eastern Time.

You’ll collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to manage renewals, endorsements, and client communications while ensuring underwriting compliance and accurate processing. Eligible for a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines P&C account management.
• Experience in insurance agency client service and account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license (state-specific).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial Property & Casualty clients with proactive account management and service.
• Collaborate with producers and internal teams to deliver client deliverables.
• Assist with renewals, endorsements, claims support, billing inquiries, and reviews.
• Educate clients on coverage changes and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
