Job summary

Alera Group's Property & Casualty team seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy. This remote role favors Eastern Time Zone candidates, ideally located near Buford, Georgia.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and client reviews while collaborating with producers and internal service teams to deliver proactive service and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license (state-specific).
• Experience in insurance agency client service and account management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive account management, education, and service to Commercial P&C clients.
• Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure seamless client deliverables.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and account reviews.
• Educate clients on coverage changes and risk management considerations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
