Job summary

Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support risk strategy and client service for Property & Casualty accounts. This remote role is ETZ-based with preference for local to Buford, GA, and requires active P&C license.

You’ll manage renewals, endorsements, and client communications, collaborating with producers and service teams to deliver accurate, timely service while upholding underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license (state-specific).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial Property & Casualty clients by delivering proactive account management, education, and service.
• Collaborate with producers and internal service teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
• Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by maintaining strong, trusted client relationships and providing responsive support.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, claims support, billing inquiries, and account reviews.
