Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to support the mid-market book of business. You will service clients, analyze coverage and endorsements, and collaborate with Producers and Account Executives.

The role offers hybrid work from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA with potential remote for experienced candidates; you will manage renewals, quotes, and billing questions.

Active P&C license and 2+ years in commercial lines are preferred as you build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty license required.
• At least 2 years of commercial lines experience.
• Knowledge of coverages and rate analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Remote role may require on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between client and insurer.
• Cross-sell and account-round within the book of business.
• Prepare quotes and renewal proposals, bind coverage when needed.
• Assist with billing questions and client inquiries.
• Educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures.
• Maintain electronic files and document communications.
