Job summary

NFP Corp in Atlanta/Charlotte area seeks an Account Manager to support the Account Team in managing an existing book of business with ~1M revenue. You will serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and insurers, provide quality service, and help cross-sell within the book of business.

The role requires active P&C license, 2+ years in commercial lines, and strong communication. Hybrid work options with EST schedule are available, with remote possibility for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty license is required upon hire.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with underwriting knowledge.
• Ability to explain coverages clearly to clients and underwriters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• EPIC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated middle-market accounts.
• Provide quality service and cross-sell within the existing book of business.
• Assist Producers/Account Executives and manage renewal and endorsements.
• Prepare and analyze quotes, coverage options, and binding.
• Document communications and monitor client satisfaction.
