Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Executive to manage a book of business, build client relationships, and coordinate with carrier representatives. You will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategies for new business as well as renewals with supervision.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule from our Alpharetta, GA office. Remote option may be available for qualified P&C licensed candidates; EST schedule is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industry experience in personal lines or retail brokerage.
• P&C license required upon hire; knowledge of major markets.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, coverage, limits and pricing with carriers.
• Maintain client relationships and lead consultant on assigned accounts.
• Prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business and renewals.
• Coordinate with claims and service teams to support client needs.
• Ensure accurate exposures and regulatory compliance for accounts.
