Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to support the middle-market book with retention responsibility. You’ll manage daily client interactions, analyze coverage, and assist with renewals and proposals from a hybrid (Charlotte, NC or ATL) or EST-schedule remote setup.

The role requires a P&C license, 2+ years of commercial lines experience, and strong communication. Competitive salary and benefits offered; base range $60,000–$95,000 with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in commercial lines insurance with underwriting knowledge.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between clients and insurers.
• Cross-sell and round out existing book of business.
• Support renewal, quotes, endorsements, and coverage changes.
• Prepare binders, certificates, and policy documents.
• Maintain accurate electronic files and client communications.
