USI Insurance Services in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage 20–40 mid-to-large sized accounts as the primary client contact. You will handle new and renewal marketing, respond to client questions, and review coverage in partnership with Sales Executives and Account Executives.

You will provide insurance technical expertise, manage renewals, negotiate with carriers, and ensure accurate processing of policies and audits, while staying current on industry

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold or be willing to earn Property & Casualty license.
• Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU are preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients.
• Marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines insurance renewals.
• Prepare client applications for review with assistance from Account Representatives.
• Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings, and make program recommendations.
• Manage client renewal expirations and avoid lapses in coverage.
• Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed.
• Represent client interests in internal USI account strategy meetings.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management systems and attend in-person client meetings.
